I wish to express my sincere thanks for the attention I received from the personnel of Advanced Air Ambulance during my transfer from Washington DC to my beloved Nicaragua.

Superior! Exceptional! Your air ambulance service for us last Friday was beyond our high expectations. The nurses on the plane, as well as in the ambulances at both ends, were very professional, compassionate and experienced. With my Wright Brothers Master Pilot Award (50 consecutive years flying without an accident), the pilots seemed young! But they were both skilled pilots avoiding any rapid altitude changes or steep banks and their landing was smooth. And most importantly the patient was comfortable throughout. Thank you so much for all the arrangements. Everything went like clockwork. They also met the challenge of getting all of our luggage plus a wheelchair in the Lear 35!

I am taking the time to write to your company to express my heartfelt thank to your crew in transporting my Dad (and family) back home to New York. When the ambulance arrived to the airport, the plane was there waiting for us. Everyone pitched in and helped transfer my dad onto the jet stretcher. The staff on board the jet were lovely people and they really took care of my dad’s needs. In fact, they took care of us too, by offering juices, Danish, etc. What a treat! My dad who actively flew for 50 years gave thumbs up when the wheels rotated… All the air ambulance personnel were professional, courteous and compassionate. We could not have “landed” a better company to deal with. Again, our hats off to you and your staff for a job well done.
