Advanced Air Ambulance, Corp. (we, the Company, or us) is a Florida-based air ambulance company, providing air medical services since 1990.
We take privacy and data security very seriously. For this reason, we have decided to write an easy-to-understand, readable privacy policy.
What do we collect, and why
Limited data collection
We may collect from you non-personally identifiable information, such as what pages you visit on our website. This allows us to understand how our visitors use our website and better optimize our website. We collect this anonymized information using an analytics platform. We also utilize a reCaptcha platform to ensure our visitors are not robots to protect us from spam.

We do not proactively collect any personally identifiable information. You may disclose this information to us through the forms on our website. We may use this information to: answer your questions; respond to your form submissions via phone, email, or other contact methods; provide estimates and price quotes regarding our services; to follow up on past and current provision of or your interest in our services; begin organization of our services.

We do not utilize cookies on our website, however, one of our service providers may.

We use Google Analytics as our analytics platform. To ensure your privacy, we have enabled privacy options such as anonymizing your data and limited data retention. How we protect data
Pursuant to the applicable laws of the United States and the State of Florida, we have made many security considerations for our customer facing technology, i.e. our website and inbox.

We have secured our website cryptographically with SSL. You can confirm your secure connection to our website with the lock icon in your browser’s address bar. This means that any information you send us through our website is private and can only be accessed by us.

Our email system is encrypted both in-transit and at-rest. This means any emails received or sent by us are done so in a cryptographic way, preventing any unauthorized user from reading our email, even if intercepted. All email communications with us are private and unable to be read by anyone but us or the recipient. We cannot make the same assurance for your email provider, but, on our end, everything is secured.
Additional information
We have elected to anonymize the data Google collects from Analytics, thereby preventing any cross-tracking or targeting. Analytics data is retained for 1 year. This ensures both your privacy, and compliance with GDPR.
Security procedures
Pursuant to the applicable laws of the United States and the State of Florida, we have data breach procedures in place. In the case of a breach, we may notify you via the contact information we have on file and the applicable government office of such a breach.
