EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!!! My parents were on a cruise, Dad had a heart attack, stuck in Mexican hospital. Advance Air Ambulance, came to the rescue with Door to Door Outstanding Service!! My parents were flown to Miami with pilot, co-pilot and 3 Professional Medical staff, Ashley, Erica and Trisha, they were warm and caring, making sure both my parents felt safe and comfortable! Luckily, we had never needed an air ambulance but if you do, take it from us, they are Fantastic!!!
